Chapter Panjab Return Policy
At Chapter Panjab, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our apparel. All of our products are carefully crafted to meet our high standards, and we aim to provide a satisfying experience for our customers. Here’s how our return policy works:
1. Final Sale Items

All apparel is final sale. Due to the unique production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges on worn, used, or blank designs. This policy helps us maintain the integrity and quality of our products.
2. Exceptions for Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrectly produced, we’ll gladly correct it. We will remake and reship your item at no additional cost, and you can keep the initial item. Please contact info@chapterpanjab.com within 10 days of delivery, including your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
3. Returnable Items

Only undamaged samples (unworn, unused, and with original packaging) are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery. A full refund will be issued once the sample is returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Delivery Delays

If your order is delayed, we will refund the shipping fees (if any) on a prorated basis, depending on the delivery date.
5. Reporting Issues

Please report any concerns within 10 days of receiving your order. We cannot process claims after this period.
6. Important Notes

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.
